1. Tertiary qualifications in Graphic Design or other area relating to graphic design, multimedia, media production or relevant work experience.

2. Demonstrated high level design skills including demonstrated knowledge of visual interface design and interactive design.

3. A high level of computer skills and demonstrated experience in the use of graphic, web design, multimedia authoring & page layout programs in a PC environment (includes program details).

4. Experience in digital pre-press in a PC environment.

5. Demonstrated ability to work to budget & deadlines, work on a variety of jobs simultaneously, & to respond to the needs of individual projects by setting own priorities.

6. Knowledge of multimedia procedures to ensure quality multimedia projects.

7. Knowledge of current design issues and demonstrated, active participation in all areas of graphic design.
